A local learning opportunity for Central Coast grape growers
If you’re a grape grower in San Luis Obispo County, you’ll want to get to know IGGPRA.
The Independent Grape Growers of the Paso Robles Area connects grape growers with one another to share tools, resources, ideas and networking opportunities. Members are made up of industry professionals in and around the Paso Robles wine region that join to meet, share and learn from each other.
One huge benefit that IGGPRA offers members is a seminar series on “Practical Grape Growing.” Throughout 2017, there will be eight sessions that touch on relevant topics for grape growers, from pest control to liability issues. Local experts provide practical tips and industry knowledge as guest speakers.
These seminars are open to all grape growers interested in attending. Registration is free for IGGPRA members and costs $20 per seminar for non-members.
IGGPRA also offers events and mixers throughout the year. Up next is the Harvest Hoedown on August 5. (it will include a pie-baking contest and a wine walk with prizes! Just sayin’….)
Membership with the IGGPRA offers networking benefits as well as professional support. Members have access to a community of local people who share common interests and enjoy learning from one another.
Whether you’re looking for community connections or professional tips, IGGPRA has lots to offer professionals in an always-competitive industry. Learn more about membership and events at iggpra.com!
