Helping a city department align its voice, amplify its impact, and build community support through strategic communications and storytelling.

RECAP
Walnut Creek Arts + Rec wanted to better communicate the depth and diversity of their programs while reinforcing their commitment to equity and inclusion. They needed a strategy that not only raised awareness but also unified their messaging across departments and connected more meaningfully with the community. We partnered with their team to develop a comprehensive communications plan, supported by a clear brand tone and creative framework. From monthly press releases to sponsorship tools, paid media assets, and a video campaign in the works, we’re helping Arts + Rec tell their story with greater clarity, consistency, and impact.

“GVRD was always having a rough go of doing our own marketing. We were in search of a company to help analyze what we we’re doing, develop a plan to move forward and implement that plan so we could reach out to our community and share what we have available for parks and recreation. I am now receiving positive comments regarding how our social media has greatly improved.”
